New Online Service: Report a Public Street Lighting Fault

The Public Utility Company “Komunalno/Komunale” Tuzi has introduced an online form that allows citizens to report faults affecting public street lighting within the Municipality of Tuzi.
The purpose of this service is to enable faster identification of issues, more accurate determination of fault locations, and more efficient coordination of repairs by the responsible municipal service.
Using the online form, citizens can report, among other things:
- Streetlights that are not working, flickering, or operating intermittently;
- Multiple faulty streetlights at the same location;
- Damage to electrical installations or cables;
- Problems with electrical control cabinets;
- Damaged, leaning, or fallen utility poles;
- Exposed wires or any other situations that may pose a safety risk.
When submitting a report, citizens are encouraged to provide the most accurate location possible. They may also include a Google Maps location link, as well as a photograph of the fault or the location where the issue has been observed.
